Take a Founding Partnership Space.

100 spaces are available at US$6,500 (approx. £5,070) each, plus a US$300 (approx. £234) once-off administration, set-up and placement fee per partner — payable in US Dollars or Pounds Sterling with your expression of interest. A partner may take more than one space, subject to availability and final documentation.

Administration, set-up and placement fee

A once-off fee of US$300 (approx. £234) per partner (or the equivalent in £ Pounds Sterling) is payable together with your expression of interest. It is charged once per partner, not per space. Once you submit this form the team will email you the payment instructions, the amount in your chosen currency and the reference to quote.

This is an expression of interest only and does not create a binding commitment. A person becomes a Founding Partner only after onboarding, KYC and eligibility checks, signed subscription documentation, payment of the contribution and administration fee and formal confirmation of acceptance. Payment alone does not override legal eligibility requirements, and no returns are guaranteed.

Prospectus, subscription and shareholder documentation and risk disclosure.

Onboarding & KYC
Identification and eligibility checks, signed documents, then payment of the US$6,500 (approx. £5,070) contribution per Partnership Space.

Formal acceptance
You become a Founding Partner once DAC confirms acceptance and allocates your Partnership Space(s).
